Division of savings and Loan Supervision: General Counsel and registered Lobbyist; duties entail, legislation drafting; analysis and tracking, regulation promulgation and rule making. Authored the Missouri Savings Bank Act. Regulate Mortgage Brokers, areas of concentration include mergers, consolidations, acquisitions, stock conversions, holding company formation, RTC transaction review and approval and general corporate mattes.  Routinely interpret Missouri laws as it pertains to savings and loans, real estate, mortgage lending and financial institutions in general.

Securities Brokerage House, Real Estate Attorney and General Counsel to EDJ Residential Mortgage Services, a national mortgage banking company, established operation in 34 states, duties entailed compiling regulatory and license requirements, closing procedures, real estate practice; state by state and security requirements, foreclosure and collection procedures as well as federal compliance issues, legislative monitoring, lobbying and litigation management, secondary market qualification, corporate matters, processing and servicing.  Became and licensed Investment Representative (stock broker) with NASD and SEC; have passed Series 7 and 63. Worked in the compliance department in the securities side of the company.
